Very cool- vinaigrette! (We like to use empty vanilla pods, dry them in warm spot on top of the oven, then grind them in a coffee mill) Love this stuff. Bitter greens and walnuts sounds good too.

do the same thing with vanilla pods...I like to grind them and use in baked goods...really, really good!
