Yep. Sauté garlic, then onions, add tomato and chicken, season (light soy sauce, salt and pepper) and stew on low-medium till chicken starts becoming tender. Add taters and cook for another 10. Add capsicum (bell peppers) and serve with rice. I like to drizzle the chicken with fishsauce (butthole sauce).
