pan-dress sanddabs; roast and peel poblano chile; use some of the chile and puree almonds, olive oil, garlic and lemon to make a sauce (mexican mole consistency); place sanddabs into an earthenware casserole, add the peeled whole poblanos, cover with sauce; top with bread crumbs
