Ah yes...the creme fraiche...Would be good indeed, but since I am vegan...well, I'll just say the soup is also excellent without any milk products...the acid in this soup is actually not necessary!

Corn just brought up memories of Sunday mornings on a flea market in Oakland, CA and the taste of corn on the cob with butter, chili pepper and lime. That's where it came from!
