4xalmonds;2.25xflour;1.35xsugar;2eggs to bind;1ts baking powder;1ts almond extract; beat sugar and eggs - add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt - add almonds; bake 180°/ 25min until log is firm; cut and bake at 160°/10min per side;
